After selection, successful candidates sit for three aptitude tests to determine their personal abilities and levels. Successful recruits go through a one month rigorous training. We conduct weekly assessment tests to evaluate every individual capacity and level of understanding. The pass in each test is 70%.
Those who cannot attain the above pass are given one more chance to repeat the class.
Upon successful completion of the basic training, the candidates face a panel chaired by the general manager Operations. Other members of the panel are; Training manager, Human Resource Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Finance Manager, and any other co-opted senior management staff. The purpose of these interviews is to confirm the Training Managers report regarding individual candidates – especially regarding personal abilities that will enable candidates to be deployed correctly where they suit most. After the interviews, the successful candidates shall be passed over to the Human Resource department for documentation and signing of contract. The Human Resource department shall then hand over all the recruits to the Operations department for deployment.
WHO WE RECRUIT
The company recruits retired service personnel’s as well as trained and experienced security officers. Legible candidates are enlisted through their respective associations of retirees who make referrals.
Vetting is carried out through the Co-operation of respective former employers as is appropriate, information regarding their conduct, performance and reason for discharge or resignation is acquired to enable the company make a decision on whether prospective candidates are suitable or not, and also assist in determining the nature of assignments to be given to every individual. Recruits must be between the ages of 25 to 45 years.

Our selection and training are executed by an established board which thoroughly evaluates and vets every IndividuaL This is followed by a four weeks training whIch leads to a final presentation to the interviewing panel which then determines the mode of engagement after assessment.
Deployment is done only after analysis of the respective area of coverage through a security survey which In turn is discussed with the client prior to formulation of asslgnment instructions which act as a guideline to the guard on the day to day duties.
